How long does an order take to be received?
If a pre-order - 4-6 Weeks
If In stock order - 3-5 days through USPS, unless Alaska or Hawaii, 7-10 days
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We understand how upsetting it is when a package goes missing. While we can’t replace lost or stolen orders, we’re happy to research the shipment and share tracking details so you can follow up directly with the carrier
Can I exchange if I ordered the wrong size item?
We understand how important it is to get the perfect fit, and we wish we could offer exchanges. Since we’re a small business with limited production runs, we’re not able to accept size exchanges at this time. We encourage checking our size guide carefully before placing an order, and if you have any questions, we’re always happy to help you choose the right size before your next purchase
Can I change my address on my order?
We completely understand that things come up and addresses sometimes need to be updated. Because we ship quickly and in small batches, we aren’t able to adjust addresses once an order has been placed. To make sure your order arrives without issue, please double-check your details at checkout. If you have questions, our team is always here to help guide you through
