Yes — and an exchange is the fastest fix. There is no restocking fee on an exchange. After we approve your request we send a $15.90 two-way shipping invoice: once it’s paid we email you a prepaid return label, and your replacement’s postage is covered too. Your replacement ships as soon as the original arrives back and passes inspection.

The exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery, and the shirt must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Pre-sale/pre-order items, Boneyard and clearance shirts, socks, and custom/B2B orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned or cancelled.

The Boneyard is where our final runs go — retired colorways, discontinued prints, and the last of a fabric run. Same shirt, same construction; we simply won’t be making it again.

Boneyard pricing is already at our floor, so those items are excluded from further discounts and promo codes. When a size is gone, it’s gone.

It means the design is confirmed and in production but not yet in our hands. You’re reserving a shirt from that run. Expect 4–6 weeks from order to delivery.

If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, we ship the whole order together once the pre-order arrives. Ask us and we’ll split it.

Pre-sale and pre-order items are final sale. Because each run is produced to order, they cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once the order is placed — please use the Size Charts before you buy. The only exception is a damaged, defective or wrong item, which we replace at no cost.

We understand how upsetting it is when a package goes missing. While we can’t replace lost or stolen orders, we’re happy to research the shipment and share tracking details so you can follow up directly with the carrier.

We completely understand that things come up and addresses sometimes need to be updated. Because we ship quickly and in small batches, we aren’t able to adjust addresses once an order has been placed. Wash cold, hang dry. Machine or hand wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, with like colors. No bleach. Hang to dry, or tumble on no heat / air only. If you press it, use a cool iron on the reverse side so the print stays crisp. Do not dry clean.

Socks: machine wash warm, tumble dry low, no bleach.

Not if you wash cold and hang dry — that is how the shirt is meant to be cared for, and it will hold its size for years.

It will shrink in a hot dryer. Our shirts are 50% cotton / 50% rayon, and both are natural fibers that tighten under heat. One hot cycle can take a cotton/rayon shirt down by up to a full size, and every hot cycle after that takes a little more. This is true of every cotton and rayon garment you own; it is not a fault in the shirt.

Two ways to protect yourself: follow the care instructions on the product page and the garment tag (cold wash, hang dry), or — if you know the shirt is going to end up in a hot dryer — order one size up. Because heat shrinkage is a care issue rather than a manufacturing defect, a shirt that has been dried on heat is not eligible for exchange.
