OFFICIAL RULES — CAPE KENNEDY CLOTHING MONTHLY INSTANT WIN SWEEPSTAKES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Cape Kennedy Clothing Monthly Instant Win Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of FLIFE Apparel, LLC d/b/a Cape Kennedy Clothing (the "Sponsor"), and its agents, affiliates, and promotional partners, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. PROMOTIONAL PERIODS
Current Promotional Period: Not yet started. The Launch Date will be posted here.
The Sweepstakes is conducted in successive monthly promotional periods. Each period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last calendar day of that same month (each, a "Promotional Period").
The first Promotional Period begins on the date the Sweepstakes entry form is first made available at capekennedyclothing.com (the "Launch Date"), which will be posted on this page, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last calendar day of that month. The Sweepstakes continues in successive monthly Promotional Periods until the Sponsor discontinues it. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Sweepstakes at any time, with notice posted on this page.
Each Promotional Period is a separate sweepstakes. Prizes not awarded in one Promotional Period do not carry over. Entries do not carry over between Promotional Periods.
Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Method 1 — Online. During a Promotional Period, visit capekennedyclothing.com and submit a valid email address through the Sweepstakes entry form. Submission constitutes one (1) entry.
Method 2 — Mail (Alternate Method of Entry). Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, daytime telephone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with sufficient postage to:

By entering by mail, you consent to receive email marketing from Cape Kennedy Clothing at the email address provided, as described in Section 12. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Mail-in entries are entered into the Promotional Period in which they are received and processed by Sponsor, regardless of postmark date. An entry received after a Promotional Period has closed will be entered into the next Promotional Period. Entries received after the Sweepstakes has been discontinued will not be entered and will be discarded.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, or damaged mail. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, or incomplete entries are void.
Limit: one (1) entry per person per Promotional Period, regardless of method. Entries received in excess of this limit are void. Use of any automated system, script, or robotic entry method voids all entries by that person and may result in disqualification.
Entry by either method carries an equal chance of winning.
6. HOW WINNERS ARE DETERMINED
Instant Win. Each valid entry is evaluated at the time of entry by a random-selection process with approximate odds of one (1) in one hundred (100) of being a winning entry. Each entry is evaluated independently; entries are not sequential and no particular entry number is designated as a winner in advance.
Prize Cap. A maximum of twenty-five (25) prizes will be awarded per Promotional Period. Once twenty-five (25) prizes have been awarded in a Promotional Period, no further prizes will be awarded in that Promotional Period, regardless of the number of entries received thereafter. Prizes are awarded while supplies last.
Entries submitted after the prize cap has been reached remain valid entries but are not eligible to win a prize in that Promotional Period.
Mail-in entries. Valid mail-in entries are processed through the same random-selection process, at the same odds, drawing from the same prize pool as online entries, subject to the same prize cap. Sponsor processes mail-in entries on a rolling basis during each Promotional Period.
Odds. Overall odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and on the prize cap. Odds of any individual entry being selected are approximately 1 in 100, subject to prize availability.
7. PRIZE
Prize: One (1) Cape Kennedy Clothing shirt of the winner's choice from the eligible product selection, including shipping within the United States at no cost to the winner.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $69.99 USD. Actual value may be lower depending on the item selected. The difference between stated ARV and actual value, if any, will not be awarded.
Total ARV per Promotional Period: $1,749.75 (25 prizes × $69.99).
Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee except as required by law. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Limit: one (1) prize per person per Promotional Period.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM
Winning entrants are notified by email at the address submitted with their entry, at or near the time of entry. Notification includes instructions for redeeming the prize.
Winners must redeem the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. Prizes not claimed within the claim window are forfeited and no substitute will be awarded.
Sponsor is not responsible for notification emails that are undeliverable, filtered as spam, or otherwise not received. It is the entrant's responsibility to provide a valid, monitored email address and to ensure messages from Sponsor are not blocked.
If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to claim within the claim window, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize is forfeited.
9. NON-WINNING ENTRANTS
Entrants who do not receive a prize will be offered a fifteen percent (15%) discount valid on a single order at capekennedyclothing.com. The discount code is single-use, non-transferable, expires seventy-two (72) hours after issuance, and may not be combined with other offers or discounts.
This discount is a promotional offer and is not a prize. It has no cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time. Receipt of this offer is not conditioned on purchase and does not affect eligibility.
10. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize values are well below the $600 threshold requiring issuance of IRS Form 1099-MISC; however, winners are responsible for any tax obligation arising from receipt of a prize.
11. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name and last initial and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
12. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at capekennedyclothing.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Entry into the Sweepstakes requires submission of an email address, which will be added to Sponsor's email marketing list. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing does not affect eligibility for prizes already awarded.
Mobile phone number submission is optional and is not required to enter or win. Entrants who elect to provide a mobile number and opt in to text messages are subject to Sponsor's Mobile Messaging Terms.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or any Promotional Period if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted.
Prize codes are issued to individual winners and are intended for a single redemption by that winner. Sponsor reserves the right to void any code that has been shared, transferred, resold, or publicly distributed.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries; technical malfunctions of any network, computer system, server, or provider; human error; or any combination thereof.
15. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
Entrants agree that any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any multiplication of damages.
16. WINNERS LIST
For a list of winners for any Promotional Period, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the AMOE address in Section 5, specifying the Promotional Period, within ninety (90) days of the end of that period.
17. RECORDS
Sponsor retains entry records, winner records, and mail-in entry materials for a period of not less than two (2) years following the close of each Promotional Period.
